I started quilling just a few years ago and never looked back. I love to craft and had a very small business called “Sue Makes Scents” at one time years ago when I used to make scented soy candles, note cards, decoupage coasters with matching trays, etc.

I came across a quilled heart one day while browsing Pinterest for some ideas. I thought to myself, I could do that! Well, after much trial and error, I finally got a hang of the manipulation of these long, thin strips of paper. I love it!!

I no longer make my candles but can still make my note cards, which I’m very happy about. I’m still learning about the variety of shapes you can make and create. So many beautiful scenarios!

I have collected quite a few quilled hearts, crosses, and gift tags. I’m working on new cards. With the help from my son, I now have my own shop to sell my products and I so very excited!!
