Description

The paper I used for this quilled heart’s color just pops off the paper!  I loved working with it.

I used 7mm quilling strips in shades of dark pink, bright yellow, dark purple, neon green, and medium blue.  I cut strips of paper from the background piece and outlined the heart to match.  I also used a piece of blue cardstock paper for the border for the heart to sit on.

Measures 6” x 8”.
