Description
This quilled heart was made using an under the sea designed cardstock paper, that has gold etchings in it, as the border. Â I then added a piece of plain light pink cardstock for the heart to sit on. Â I used 7mm quilling strips in the colors of dark pink, light pink, dark blue, white, and the I cut strips from the under the sea designed cardstock paper.
